		<description>Wow. That&#039;s the most depressing thing I&#039;ve read in a long time.  Honestly, I think for the kind of change they&#039;re talking about to take place, there would have to be a true revolution, where we throw out most of those in power in Washington and even many in power in our own states.  But how do we do that?  And who would take their place?  Obviously, President Obama can&#039;t bring about this change on his own , but I do believe that he can help to put things in motion for the radical shift that needs to occur.  At least, I hope and pray that is so.</description>
