		<description>Fallingwater, in particular, was a maintenance nightmare.  It has undergone a significant restoration, as not enough steel was put into the cantilever while it was under construction.  Devotees of Frank Lloyd Wright point the finger at the engineers while those on the side of the builders point the finger at Mr. Wright.  It is an interesting story, well-covered in a book by Franklin Tokler and entitled Fallingwater Rising.</description>

		<description>I agree with you about Frank Lloyd Wright.  Fallingwater is amazing and it&#039;s hard to deny the creativity and innovation behind it, but I understand that most all his houses were maintenance nightmares.  To me, the finest architecture combines form and functionality---art meeting practicality.</description>
